New user guide to Freedom of Information
A user's guide to the Freedom of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations and new rights to see personal data about yourself held by public authorities has been produced by The Campaign for Freedom of Information. More detailed guides on the exemptions and public interest test will be published shortly.The guide covers both the UK and Scottish legislation.
