White House e-mails will not be released
The White House does not have to release records about millions of e-mails that may have vanished during the Bush administration, a federal appeals court ruled today. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the White House Office of Administration is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.Court rules White House can keep e-mails secret (USA Today, 20 May 2009)
