Summary: The complainant requested information relating to emails both to and from Andrew Adonis' Downing Street computer, as well as copies of correspondence between Mr Adonis and the Prime Minister, all since 1st July 2004. The Cabinet Office failed to respond within 20 working days. However, as the Cabinet Office subsequently did respond, the Decision Notice did not identify any steps to be taken.
