New briefings on exemptions published by the Scottish Information Commissioner

Four new briefings on the exemptions contained in the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 have recently been added to the Scottish Information Commissioner's website. The briefings recently published cover:

• section 32 (International Relations)
• section 34 (Investigations by Scottish public authorities)
• section 41 (Communications with Her Majesty etc. and Honours)
• the Public Interest Test.
