It quickly became apparent that the tribunal scrutinised many of the cases in much more detail than the Commissioner and his staff did. In Scotland there is no such tribunal and the Commissioner's decision is held to be final - unless you appeal to the Court of Session. Needless to say there's not much information on how to go about this on the Scottish Information Commissioner's website.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
